Safwan Petroleum Technologies Co. (SPETCO), a
total solutions provider is currently positioned in Kuwait as the
leading local company specializing in the provision of hightech oil
& gas services including all forms of artificial lifts, well
production testing services, oil & gas production facilities, well
completion systems etc to Kuwait Oil Company (K.O.C.) and joint
operations (S.A.T. & K.G.O.C.)

Servicing the oil & gas industry is our own
corps of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) trained and certified
engineers and technicians. Safwan possess the resources to take a
project from inception through implementation, including after
installations sales and service support.

We specialize in handling of lease contracts
for production systems, and production facilities where we engineer,
design, construct, commission and operate high tech systems and
facilities for meeting the latest technology requirements of our
